Magistrate Mark J. Donatelli

Magistrate Mark J. Donatelli is a 1979 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, where he earned the Degree of Juris Doctor. He holds a B. A. Degree in Philosophy from the University of Dayton in l976.

Magistrate Donatelli has three adult children, Anthony, Andrew and Alyssa, and has three grandchildren.

During his legal career, Magistrate Donatelli has held many positions, including Xenia City Prosecutor, Xenia City Solicitor, Magistrate and Court Administrator in the Fairborn, Ohio Municipal Court and the Greene County Common Pleas Court. In addition, he has taught college at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio and Antioch College in Yellow Spring, Ohio. He has been a frequent instructor for various continuing legal education seminars with the National Business Institute. He is also a former board member of the Greene County Public Defenders Office and the Greene County Domestic Violence Project. He presently served on the Greene County Board of Building Appeals.

Magistrate Donatelli is also presently employed part-time as a Magistrate in the Greene County Common Pleas Court and Greene County Domestic Relations Court, in addition to his duties as Magistrate in Miamisburg, Ohio.
