Bailiff

The bailiff and deputy bailiffs assist in the operation of the courtroom by maintaining order during court sessions. Bailiffs operate courtroom audio and video equipment and are responsible for preserving the record of court proceedings. Bailiff duties also include personal service of court documents, supervising court ordered moveouts, and managing executions on property. Bailiffs are accountable for the general clerical duties connected to their responsibilities. The bailiffs report directly to the judge.
