Territorial Jurisdiction

All misdemeanor cases originating in the territorial jurisdiction of Miamisburg Municipal Court are processed through this court and remain here until sentencing or until redirected to a higher court such as the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. Miamisburg Municipal Court also facilitates probationary procedures for the entire jurisdiction. Cities within MMC's jurisdiction are:
